Shipping & Delivery

For the majority of addresses within the UK, free delivery is given on all orders over £25. 

For details on areas that do not qualify for free shipping see the 'Areas subject to an additional postage charge' section below.

The service that is used for free delivery will be dependent on the weight of your order:

• If the total weight of your order is under 1kg your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
• If the total weight of your order is over 1kg your order will be sent via Courier.  

Postage Charges for orders under £25

For orders under £25 (including VAT) in value the postage charge is calculated based on the weight of your order and if under 1kg parcel dimensions also influcence price:

Delivery Times

Orders placed by 12 midday will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 midday will be dispatched on the following working day.

• Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class will take between 1 & 3 days to arrive
• Orders sent via Courier will be sent on a next day delivery schedule.

Orders sent by Courier

If you are not at home to sign for your delivery, goods can be left in a safe place designated by you, but at your own risk.

Areas subject to an additional postage charge

The following destinations and postcodes don't qualify for free delivery and are subject to extra postage costs due to additional charges incurred by the courier company. For these areas, you can place your order using this website, but during the checkout process you will be asked to confirm that you are happy for a member of our staff to contact you to discuss shipping rates prior to your credit card being charged. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly on +44 (0) 1548 531835 so that we can calculate the relevant shipping costs for you.

Orders to the areas listed above may take slightly longer than one working day.
