Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Equimins Catalogue by using the category tree on the left, click on any items that you wish to buy, if relevant select the size of product required, and then add them to your shopping cart. You can see the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the Cart link (located in the cart block on the right or in the top information bar). To check out, when viewing your card, click on the next button and you will be asked for the details that we need to process the order.

We accept credit card payment in GBP with the following cards:

Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, JCB, Visa Electron, Maestro.

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed by midday will be delivered on the following day.

Orders outside of the UK mainland may take slightly longer.

Tax Charges

For all orders 20% VAT is included where applicable.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We use the secure service of WorldPay to process your credit cards.

Refund Guarantee

We want you to be happy using Equimins products:

On making a purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of the purchase contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
