To help induce calmness and tranquility without making you lethargic. These capsules have a high specification with very digestible sources of magnesium, together with B vitamins and two important herbal compounds.

Contents: Magnesium, Glycine, Calcium, Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, L-Trytophan, Scutellaria lateriflora, Passiflora incarnata.

Directions for use:

Adults: Take up to 6 capsules per day ( 3 grams. Each capsule contains 500 mg)
Children: Up to 14 years of age 3 capsules per day
Store below 20 degrees C.

Capsules may be taken at any time but preferably before food and two hours before riding.

Available in 100 capsule tubs.
